What is nsnaInvalidMessageHeader?
Carries the header (up to 8 bytes, possibly truncated) of an invalid message received from the NSNAS. An admin uses this diagnostic data, delivered with the corresponding trap, to help identify a corrupted or malformed SSCP message from the controller.
