This read-only integer reports the device's current memory utilization as a percentage. Admins poll it to check real-time memory pressure on the gateway, which is useful when diagnosing performance degradation or preparing to correlate with a received memory-usage trap. For example, an admin seeing configValMemUsage climbing steadily over several days without dropping back down would investigate a potential memory leak in the VPN gateway's software.
