This read-only integer reports how often, in seconds, the SNMP agent checks system resource usage for the purpose of sending capacity-limit-exceeded traps. Admins reference it to understand the responsiveness of the device's resource-monitoring trap mechanism, since a longer poll rate means slower detection of a resource threshold breach. For example, if configPollrate is 60, an admin knows the device checks CPU, memory, and I/O load roughly once a minute before deciding whether to fire a capacity-exceeded trap.
