What is ipsoLAPortInactiveReason?

This is a notification variable carrying a coded reason for why a specific LAG member port went inactive, distinguishing between the physical link being down, a speed mismatch with the rest of the bundle, or an unknown cause. An admin reads this code to quickly diagnose why a port dropped out of its aggregation bundle without further investigation. For example, a trap carrying ipsoLAPortInactiveReason value 2, wrongSpeed, tells the admin the port was excluded from the LAG because its negotiated speed doesn't match the other bundle members, rather than because its link went down.
