What is sntpServerRowStatus?

This is the standard SNMP row-status control used to create or remove an SNTP server entry from this table. An admin sets this to createAndGo when adding a new SNTP server address, or to destroy to remove a server the device should no longer query. For example, setting sntpServerRowStatus to createAndGo(4) after supplying the server IP and version commits that SNTP server into the device's configured list.
