What is clusterMemberWorkload?
This read-only value, from 0 to 255, reports this cluster member's current workload. An admin monitors it to see how evenly load is distributed across cluster members, useful for spotting an overloaded node before it impacts service. For example, an admin noticing one member consistently reporting a much higher workload than its peers would investigate whether traffic distribution across the cluster needs rebalancing.
