What is nsConfigDnsRefTime?

This object reports the time of day, in a fixed 6-character format, at which the NetScreen appliance's daily DNS refresh, as enabled by nsConfigDnsRefEnable, is scheduled to run. Administrators check this to know exactly when the device's DNS cache gets refreshed so they can anticipate any brief resolution pause during that window. For example, this object might contain a value like '030000' representing a scheduled DNS refresh time of 3:00 AM.
