Description:
This timer defines in minutes, the period of inactivity allowed between calls. Once the timer expires, the port is disabled untill the next call is placed, if a Dial out port, or the Disconnect Timer expires, if a Dial in port. This variable is only meaningful if the port is a Dial port.
