What is ethIfgExpectedProtectionStatus?

The minimum protection state an admin expects this interface group to maintain; an alarm is raised whenever the actual ethIfgProtectionStatus falls below this expected level, and clears once it recovers to at least this level -- set to hitlessProtected(5) on a group where any degradation below fully hitless should page someone.
