What is dtmTimeSourceRoundTripTime?
This reports the measured round-trip time, in nanoseconds, to the peer of the interface providing this time source, or 0 if not available. Round-trip time is a key input to time-transfer accuracy, since half the round trip is typically assumed to be the one-way delay.
