What is agentBGPSnmpAllTrapFlag?

Enables or disables the standard BGP SNMP traps defined in RFC 4273, such as backward-transition and established-state notifications. Turning it on lets a monitoring system get alerted to BGP session state changes without having to poll session status continuously.
