Counts the number of prefixes added during this decision-process run; the meaning shifts slightly by phase - prefixes passing inbound policy in phase 1, prefixes added to the BGP table in phase 2, or prefixes added to the outbound Adj-RIB-Out in phase 3. It gives an admin a sense of how much new routing information this particular run introduced.
