What is ntqVPNPeerSpi?
This reports the remote peer's Security Parameter Index for this security association, complementing the local SPI in ntqVPNSpi. Because IPsec SAs are unidirectional, a full tunnel requires matching inbound and outbound SPIs on both ends; admins compare this value against the peer firewall's own reported SPI when diagnosing a one-way traffic failure. If ntqVPNPeerSpi doesn't match what the remote gateway's logs show as its outbound SPI, that mismatch points to an IKE renegotiation or phase-2 proposal problem.
