What is nsExtendStatus?

Controls creation and deletion of rows in the extend configuration table using the standard RowStatus mechanism. Admins use it to add a new extend command entry or remove an existing one. The description notes a row can be left in notInService state indefinitely without being considered abnormally long for this particular table.
