Description:

Sent when a hot-swappable port is removed.

This Notification should be of Severity WARNING.

What is nbsCmmcTrapPortRemoved?

This is a notification (trap) issued when a hot-swappable port is physically removed from an NBS Chassis Management Module Card system. The notification includes information about which port was removed, its chassis and slot location, and is classified as a WARNING severity event. System administrators receive this alert to know when to replace or reinitialize hardware.

Examples

Send this trap to an SNMP manager — replace <manager> with the IP or hostname of your monitoring server (SNMPv2c):
