User-configurable TimeZone or offset from GMT. Should be used to indicate the time local to the managed device.
If the system supports nbsCmmcSysTimeZoneTableSize and it is non-zero, this object is the nbsCmmcSysTimeZoneIndex of nbsCmmcSysTimeZoneTable, which enumerates all the time zones that this system supports.
