Description: This object is used to reset the system. Writing a coldRestart(2), causes the SNMP Agent CPU to be hardware reset, similar to a power-on cycle.

Writing a warmRestart(3), causes only a restart of the System Control CPU operative software.

Writing a upgrRestart(4), causes a total restart of the system software, but attempts to leave the hardware alone.
