nbsCmmcPrvIpAddr

Module: NBS-CMMC-MIB

OID (symbolic): NBS-CMMC-MIB::nbsCmmcPrvIpAddr

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.629.200.3.1.1

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: IpAddress

Access: read-write

Description: The SNMP Agent Administrative value of the IP Address for the private in-band access.

This value is stored in the system NVRAM. The current operational IP Address may be obtained by accessing the ipAdEntAddr entry in the ipAddrTable, for ipAdEntIfIndex equal to the private interface value.

If the system has no current operational IP Address, meaning that, the access is done out-of-band, then this value takes effect immediately. In this case the NetMask and the BcastAddr will be automatically built. Otherwise it will take effect after a system reset.

What is nbsCmmcPrvIpAddr?

Deprecated administrative IP address for the device's private in-band management interface, stored in NVRAM; the live operational address is instead read from ipAdEntAddr in the standard IP-MIB ipAddrTable. If the device has no current operational address (out-of-band access only), a SET here takes effect immediately rather than waiting for a reset.
