nbsCmmcPortThreshold

Module: NBS-CMMC-MIB

OID (symbolic): NBS-CMMC-MIB::nbsCmmcPortThreshold

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.629.200.8.1.1.23

Description: Port Threshold - usage may be different for each card. For card 197, this indicates the minimum signal strength. Value ranges from -5 to -40 decibels. For card 211, valid values are: notSupported(1), speed45Mbps(2), speed155Mbps(3), speed622Mbps(4), speed1Gbps(5) For card 375, this indicates the rate limit and is expressed in units of Mbps. For cards 376 and 379, this indicates the rate limit and is expressed in units of Kbps.

Not supported value: 0x80000000

What is nbsCmmcPortThreshold?

Card-dependent threshold value: for card 197 it's a minimum acceptable signal strength in decibels, for card 211 a selected speed enum, and for cards 375/376/379 a rate limit in Mbps or Kbps. Admins set this together with nbsCmmcPortThresholdAction so the port can automatically react, such as sending a trap or disabling itself, when nbsCmmcPortValue crosses this configured limit.

Examples

Walk all instances (SNMPv2c):

snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.629.200.8.1.1.23
snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> NBS-CMMC-MIB::nbsCmmcPortThreshold

Get a specific instance (index 1):

snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.629.200.8.1.1.23.1
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> NBS-CMMC-MIB::nbsCmmcPortThreshold.1

Set instance 1 (SNMPv2c):

snmpset -v2c -c private <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.629.200.8.1.1.23.1 i <value>
