The value 0 is reserved for 'notSupported'
The value 1 is reserved for 'custom' aka 'userDefined'. If a PortNominalBitRate set is received, PortProtoAdmin will automatically change to 1.
The value 2 is reserved for 'bypass' aka 'transparent'.

What is nbsCmmcPortProtoAdmin?
This is a read-write configuration parameter that specifies which protocol family and data rate the administrator has chosen for a port.
