Description: Sets the number of seconds a port should autonegotiate [ANEG] before deciding a link is down.
This object is used by the NM when LIN and ANEG are both enabled.
If the user knows that a particular end device needs extra time to complete autonegotiation, he should change this object to match the end device's needs.
