What is statsOvsizePkts?
This MIB has no DESCRIPTION anywhere, so this reading is inferred from the Counter syntax and the object's name. It counts oversized frames, those larger than the standard 1518-byte Ethernet maximum, which are treated as errors on a non-jumbo-frame network. An admin seeing this counter increase would check for a misconfigured device sending jumbo frames onto a segment that doesn't support them.
