Access: read-only
What is etypeTblEntry?
This MIB has zero DESCRIPTION clauses, so this reading is inferred from the object's name, type, and its INDEX. It is the conceptual row of the Ethertype table, one row per known protocol type (e.g. dod-TCPIP, tcpip-ARP, appletlk) enumerated in the etypeEtype column, holding a packet counter for that protocol. A manager walks this table to see a protocol-by-protocol breakdown of traffic on the monitored segment.
Examples
Walk all instances (SNMPv2c):
snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.86.2.5.1.2.1 snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> NAT::etypeTblEntry
Get a specific instance (index 1):
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.86.2.5.1.2.1.1 snmpget -v2c -c public <target> NAT::etypeTblEntry.1
