auxTrapchannel
Module: NAT
OID (symbolic): NAT::auxTrapchannel
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.86.2.7.1.2
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE
Type: INTEGER
Access: read-write
What is auxTrapchannel?
This MIB has no DESCRIPTION anywhere, so this reading is inferred from the INTEGER syntax, read-write access, and its position right after prTrapchannel. It selects an auxiliary/secondary trap destination channel, distinct from the primary one. An admin would configure this to also send a copy of traps to a backup NMS or a paging/alerting system.
