What is mBrdgStpPortStatsTxBPDUCount?
This counter tracks the total number of Spanning Tree BPDUs sent on this port; it can only be reset by writing a value of 0. An admin compares transmitted versus received BPDU counts across a link to confirm STP is actively exchanging control traffic on both ends.
