What is mBrdgStpHelloTime?
This value reports, in hundredths of a second, how often this bridge entity sends Configuration BPDUs while it is (or is trying to become) the root of its spanning tree; it reflects the value actually in use. An admin checks this to confirm STP convergence timing matches expectations across the network.
