Description: The bridge identifier of the root of the spanning tree as determined by the Spanning Tree Protocol as executed by this node. This value is used as the Root Identifier parameter in all Configuration Bridge PDUs originated by this node.
What is mBrdgStpDesignatedRoot?
This value reports the Bridge ID of the bridge that this bridge entity currently believes is the root of its spanning tree. An admin checks this across multiple bridges to confirm they all agree on the same root bridge, which they should once the spanning tree has converged.
