What is mBrdgBasePortDelayExceededDiscards?

This counter tracks how many frames this port discarded because they took too long transiting the bridge, incremented by both transparent and source-route bridging. An admin watches this for a rising count that would indicate the bridge is overloaded or a downstream path is too slow to forward frames within the allowed transit delay.
