This includes messages that are awaiting transmission to some other MTA or are waiting for delivery to an end-user or application.

What is mtaStoredRecipients?

The total number of recipients named across all messages currently queued in this MTA, letting an admin see how many deliveries are outstanding, not just how many messages.
