What is xPppLcpStatusState?
The current state of LCP negotiation on this port: closed, listen, requestSent, ackReceived, ackSent, open, or closing. This object is deprecated in favor of xPppLcpStatusState2, but admins on older deployments still use it to see exactly where LCP negotiation is stuck if the link isn't coming up.
