The current state of IPXCP negotiation on this port: initial, starting, closed, stopped, closing, stopping, reqSent, ackRcvd, ackSent, or opened. It's the IPX-layer analog of xPppIpcpStatusState2, showing where IPX connectivity negotiation is stuck if IPX traffic isn't passing.
