What is xPppHdlcVJDiscards?
A counter of packets received on this PPP link that failed Van Jacobson (VJ) TCP/IP header decompression and were discarded. A rising count suggests a VJ compression state mismatch between the two ends of the link, often after a dropped packet desynchronizes the compressor and decompressor.
