What is xPppConfigRestartTimer?
The number of seconds (1-10) this port waits before retransmitting a request during PPP option negotiation. Lowering it speeds up negotiation retries on a reliable link, but too low a value on a lossy or high-latency link can cause unnecessary retransmissions.
