Description: Determines if LCP will actively open or wait passively.
What is xPppConfigActive?
Determines whether LCP (Link Control Protocol) on this port actively opens the connection or waits passively for the peer to initiate. Admins set active on the side that should dial or initiate the link, and passive on the side expected to answer, e.g. a central office router waiting for a remote modem to connect.
