What is mpcStatTxMpoaResolveRequests?
This counts MPOA Resolve Requests this MPC has transmitted while trying to set up shortcuts, and can reset to zero on a discontinuity as flagged by mpcDiscontinuityTime. A steadily climbing count is normal on an active client; a flat count on a client expected to be forwarding traffic suggests it isn't attempting shortcuts.
