Description: A value which uniquely identifies this conceptual row in the mpcConfigTable. The `mpcNextIndex' object needs to be used to determine the value of this object. A row cannot be added, unless the mpcCtrlAtmAddress is unique. In the event of either an MPC re-initialization or an agent re-initialization, the value of this mpcIndex must remain the same. In other words, the row needs to be saved and restored in the event of an MPC or SNMP Agent re-initialization.
