What is mplsPathInfoHoldPriority?

This value (0-7) reports the hold priority configured for an LSP's active path, used to decide whether this LSP can be preempted by a new higher-priority LSP once established; meaningless if mplsPathInfoName is empty. Admins tune setup versus hold priority together to control which tunnels can bump which others during congestion.
