What is mplsLspPrimaryTimeUp?

This deprecated value reported, in 10-millisecond units, how long an LSP's primary path specifically had been operational, letting an admin compute the primary path's share of total uptime. It has been superseded by mplsLspInfoPrimaryTimeUp.
