What is mplsLspInfoPrimaryTimeUp?
This value reports, in 10-millisecond units, how long an LSP's primary path specifically has been operational; dividing it by mplsLspInfoTimeUp and multiplying by 100 shows what share of total uptime came from the primary path versus standby/secondary paths. Admins use this to judge how often traffic has had to fail over off the primary path.
