Description: Used when resources on a tunnel or backup tunnel are overbooked. The agent (connection admission control) can sort CEM VC entries that share an overbooked tunnel. Lower mplsCemVcPriority values have higher priority. VCs dropped will be set 'dormant' (as indicated in mplsCemVcOperStatus).

What is mplsCemVcPriority?

Sets this CEM VC's priority for connection admission control when its tunnel or backup tunnel is oversubscribed; lower values win higher priority, and VCs that lose out are marked 'dormant' in mplsCemVcOperStatus -- useful for making sure critical circuits survive bandwidth contention.
