Description: Enables this CEM VC (as part of a group) to be used for APS. A CEM VC group is created when a unique CEM VC index (in mplsCemVcTable) has multiple instances. Setting mplsCemVcApsEnable to 'false' may be useful when a CEM VC is suspect, being debugged, or not fully configured. Note: some implementations may not support APS.

Enables this CEM VC to participate in APS (Automatic Protection Switching) as part of a group; setting it to false is useful when a VC is suspect, still being debugged, or not fully configured and shouldn't be considered for failover yet.
