Discontinuities in the value of this counter can occur at re- initialization of the management system, and/or re-initialization of the MPC, and at other times, as indicated by the value of mpcDiscontinuityTime.

A running count of successful MPOA Cache Imposition Replies (CIE code 0x00, Success) this MPC has sent back after accepting an imposed egress cache entry. It should track closely with mpcStatRxMpoaImpRequests on a healthy MPC.
