Description: MPC-p5 cumulative max value for Retry Time (MPC-p4). Retries are attempted at intervals determined by the algorithm described in the definition of mpcIntialRetryTime.

What is mpcRetryTimeMaximum?

The MPC-p5 parameter: the cumulative ceiling, in seconds, that the resolution-request retry timer (starting from mpcInitialRetryTime) is allowed to grow to via the retry backoff algorithm. Admins raise or lower it to control how long the MPC keeps retrying a stalled resolution before giving up.
