What is nvmBrgFwdDelay?
The Forward Delay value, in hundredths of a second (400-3000), used by all bridges when this device is acting as the STP root, mirroring dot1dStpBridgeForwardDelay. This is the time a port spends in the listening and learning states before forwarding, so shortening it speeds convergence at some risk of temporary loops.
