What is nvmIsdnDirectorySigIndex?

This points to the signaling channel -- or, on this ICM implementation, a link in the dial-control peer configuration table -- that should accept incoming calls addressed to this directory number. Set it to bind a specific directory number to the right channel/link when a device handles multiple directory numbers.
