What is nvmDialCtlPeerCfgId?
This identifies a single dial-control peer in the configuration table; a peer may have several rows, each with a different ifIndex, sharing the same value of this object to support multilink connections or backup lines. Use it to group multiple physical paths that all reach the same logical peer.
