What is mcmIsdnLapdTimert200?
This reports the LAPD T200 timer currently in effect (in milliseconds, default 1000) -- how long the interface waits for an acknowledgment to a frame before starting recovery. It's the read-only operational counterpart to nvmIsdnLapdTimert200, which is where you'd actually change this value.
