What is meritageBaseFaultMask?

A bitmask summarizing multiple simultaneous fault conditions across the chassis -- failed fans, failed power supplies, backup M-SPV failure, unsupported modules, and clock-source problems -- each at a documented bit position, so an admin can check one object instead of polling many individual status values.
