What is gptp0AnnounceInterval?
The PTP Announce message interval for PTP instance 0, expressed as log base 2 seconds (0 to 4, i.e. 1 to 16 seconds); Announce messages are what PTP slaves use to detect the master and run the Best Master Clock algorithm, so a longer interval slows master-failover detection.
