Description: ASCII string representing the value of the a0 coefficient of the linear fit of the UTC offset to GPS time. a0 is the constant term in the equation, in units of seconds, in scientific floating point notation. The GPS and UTC timescales are separated by leap seconds and another small error, typically less than 10 nanoseconds, which is estimated using this linear fit. For more detailed information, consult the GPS-ICD-200.
What is gpsAlmanacA0?
An ASCII scientific-notation string giving the a0 (constant term, in seconds) of the almanac's linear fit between GPS time and UTC; together with gpsAlmanacA1 it models the sub-leap-second (typically under 10 nanoseconds) offset between the two timescales, per GPS-ICD-200.
